Arba Bekteshi has worked as a cultural and urban anthropologist in Tirana focusing on mediations of its changing urban landscape, negotiations regarding conceptualizations of public and private spaces, as well as agency relations. Ms. Bekteshi has a double undergraduate degree in Southeastern European Studies and International Relations from the American University in Bulgaria, an M.A. in Anthropology of Development and Social Transformation from the University of Sussex, UK, and a Masters in International Communication from IULM University, IT and an M.Sc. in Archaeology at the University of Tirana, AL.
