Bianca Bailey is a multifaceted creative force based in Te Whanganui-a-Tara (Wellington), Aotearoa New Zealand. As the Festival Director of CubaDupa, the country’s largest outdoor arts and music festival, she leads the curation and production of this vibrant event that transforms Wellington’s Cuba Street into a dynamic celebration of creativity and community .

In the music scene, Bianca performs under the moniker Wiri Donna, her indie riff-rock project known for its raw energy and introspective lyricism. Her debut EP, Being Alone, released in 2022, was lauded for its fierce feminist perspective and earned a nomination for Best Independent Debut at the Taite Music Prize. In 2024, she followed up with the EP In My Chambers, further solidifying her presence in Aotearoa’s indie rock landscape
