I am a dance artist, filmmaker, and educator. The current director of Creative Caring, a dance-based organization that brings dance, theatre and music interventions to seniors and older people. I'm passionate about using dance and all creative art forms as a tool for health and longevity to counteract pharmaceutical use. Arts is healing, art is powerful!
Creative Caring dance programs benefit the community and increase physical and mental health through social connection and creativity. The programs are designed to support, challenge, and enhance the well-being of all individuals,
Creative Caring’s programs are underpinned by a philosophy that movement is a primary expressive language. Through curated community programs, we can build on a sense of belonging through socially engaged art practices.
