Glenda is a descendant of the Ngugi people of Mulgumpin (Moreton Island) in the Quandamooka. Her fields of practice are Media and Environmental Arts incorporating the languages of the Quandamooka, and critical writing.  She works collaboratively with other First Nations Artists participating in the decolonising project.   Under the series title Ngugi Bajara (footsteps), she collaborates with Artist Libby Harward on site-specific works that 'talk-back' to colonisation, participating in international projects including Why Listen to Plants - a plant is a community (2018) and The Garden of Earthly Delights (Berlin, 2019). 

An online symposium that brings The Mind of Plants contributors together to share their reflections and various learnings with plants.
