Hey! My name is Gemma and I'm an actress and writer originally from the Sunshine Coast but now based in Brisbane. 

I have spent the better half of the past two years working on and performing my one woman play THEDA BARA SMILES and I've recently just wrapped TRAINLINES for Darwin Fringe 2018. Compared to my performance work, playwriting is still a fairly new concept for me and I've found that it has ignited a certain creative passion that I hadn't considered possible.

It’s an incredible privilege to attend Arts Front U30 2018. I'm excited by the opportunity to expand my story telling abilities, and to collaborate with so many other creative and like-minded individuals. I’ve been performing for upwards of ten years now but I am actively searching for ways to contribute to the arts community on a grander and more culturally valuable scale.
