Rika harmonises and unifies people of different cultures at work and within the community to achieve their shared goals. She delivers workshops, training, consultancy and business mediation across a wide range of sectors. Working with Rika means gaining practical insights into other cultures and enjoying every minute of finding ways for your own intercultural competency development. Rika, a committee member of Sogetsu Ikebana Association enjoys the Japanese art of flower arrangement and exhibits. She is also a keen potter who makes tables wares and vases for Ikebana.

With the commitment by the new federal government to renew and reinstate the Creative Australia National cultural policy by the end of 2022, there is a perfect opportunity to complete the Arts Front 2030 work, and promote the ideas and visions for the future that people have contributed over the last five years.
