PANNZ Arts Market 2026 Pitch/Showcase Application

This Application is for artists/producers applying for one of the following:

  • One-Minute Pitch
  • Five-Minute Pitch
  • Wheako / Experience Showing

Full-Length Showcases

We will again partner with NZ Music Commission who will curate the music showcase, and we will partner with Te Ahurei Toi o Tāmaki Auckland Arts Festival for full-length works which are part of the festival programme.

In addition to these showcases there will be an option to indicate on your EoI pitching form if you are keen to discuss any full length showcase opportunities for your work.


Once you have submitted your application, this advises us that the application is ready to be assessed, so please ensure you have included all the information requested before hitting the submit button. We suggest you complete the application in one go, and gather your materials together before starting your application. If any questions do not apply, please answer N/A.

IMPORTANT: Should your application be successful, you agree to the following:

  • The information you submit will be available to other delegates via PANNZ Arts Market Digital Platform.

  • Any media you supply may be recorded and distributed via the platform before, during and after the PANNZ Arts Market, along with any online events you participate in (via Zoom, for example) that take place over the course of the PANNZ Arts Market. This will be for the purpose of advocating the work for presentation opportunities and will be available to registered PANNZ Arts Market delegates, which will be available on the platform for up to one year.

If your application is not successful, all your information, along with any uploaded media files, will be deleted from the system.

PLEASE NOTE: whilst your information and media will be available during and after the Market, you are able to log on to the PANNZ Arts Market platform at any time and edit, update or delete your profile and any other information you have provided.

Please note, we cannot accept password protected trailers. Please ensure that your trailer is publicly available. However, passwords are acceptable for full length show footage. Please be aware that PANNZ makes a commitment to only supply your password to registered presenters and we will request that they only use the password in connection to viewing your work for PANNZ Arts Market purposes.
