I am the Curator and Visual Arts Programmer at the Courthouse Youth Arts Centre in Geelong. I am passionate about regional and accessible non-judgemental arts facilities and giving young people an artistic voice. I am also passionate about teaching emerging artists Arts Management skills - which I do at LCI Academy in Melbourne. I am also studying my PhD in the creative arts at Deakin in Geelong, looking at contemporary collecting art practices. I believe Art is fundamental to the larger game of survival and is the lifeblood of expression. I believe Art is for everyone and that everyone should feel welcomed and included in the art community. I am interested in being a part of the Arts Front U30 as I believe it's important for young artists to create a community and to shape the future of the arts. being able to discuss and communicate with likeminded individuals within my age bracket would be an invaluable opportunity.
