I grew up mainly in Melbourne and northern Tasmania and completed a PhD in physical chemistry many years ago now. One of my great passions is for cultivating and sharing knowledge, including through supporting Research as the creation and mobilisation of new knowledge.  My role at Griffith is as Pro Vice Chancellor (Research) which focusses on facilitating Research from ideas through to impact, and supporting the development of our next generation of research leaders.  It is a gift to be amazed every day by this Research community and their collective contributions to building a brighter future for us all.
