Antonia Pont is Associate Professor in Writing and Literature at Deakin University. She has published widely in both scholarly and creative capacities, has edited numerous journal issues concerned with creativity, writing practice and transformative frameworks, and collaborates across the creative arts. Recent works include essays with Literary Hub, ‘Towards a Philosophy of Just Sitting’ and ‘Against (the very idea of) Procrastination’, her monograph A Philosophy of Practising with Deleuze’s Difference and Repetition (EUP 2021), and You Will Not Know in Advance What You’ll Feel (Rabbit Poets Series, 2019), as well as a 2022 interview in Cordite (with Alice Allan and Autumn Royal). She supervises and teaches at Deakin University and is the Director (since 2009) of Vijnana Yoga Australia. She chaired the Executive Committee of the AAWP from 2016 to 2019. Antonia is co-managing editor of c i n d e r journal with Hayley Elliott-Ryan.
