Brie is a post-graduate research student in marine science with a master's in urban and environmental planning. Her diverse career background includes data scientist and community organiser in post-quake Christchurch, community / youth development in rural Mongolia, and most recently field team leader for post-bushfire estuarine assessments in New South Wales. She believes that art and science are just different means of asking questions about who we are as human beings, and how we relate to each other and our environment; and that both are equally important.
