Chelsea is a PhD candidate in Sociology at UNSW. Her doctoral thesis considers the paradoxical concept of “identity" and explores current questions about binaries such as man/woman, natural/artificial, nonwhite/white, drawing on the insights available across interdisciplinary texts to produce a more ecological understanding of individual identity. Chelsea loves the beach and enjoys surfing, yoga, and reading.
