Jinendra Jain (JJ) is an emerging writer and seasoned banker. His fiction, creative non-fiction and poetry have appeared in Meniscus, Rattle, TEXT, The Best Asian Poetry 2021-22, Yearbook of Indian Poetry in English 2021, and The Best Asian Short Stories 2022 . A graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur and the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, he has worked in various trading, risk management, and advisory roles for over twenty-five years with ANZ Grindlays, Bank of America, BNP Paribas, Westpac, and ING.
Jinendra is studying for an MA in Creative Writing at Lasalle College of the Arts, Singapore, a degree conferred by Goldsmiths, University of London, and working on his first book, a personal-memoir-cum-spiritual-travelogue set against the stunning backdrop of the Mustang Trail Race in Nepal.
