I am a passionate and diligent theatre performer always looking for opportunities to improve my craft. I believe that with hard work and vision, anyone can achieve what they set out to do. I have been performing in bands since age 8 until i discovered my true love for musical theatre when I played a 14-yr old orphan 'Pepper' in my high school's production of Annie. Since then, I have starred as 'Wednesday' in Oxley High School's The Addams Family: The Musical, performed as a 'Keeney Lovely and Ensemble' in Tamworth Musical Society's Funny Girl, and am currently in the beloved role of 'Liesl von Trapp' in The Sound of Music with Carillion Theatrical Society.
I am studying a Bachelor of Theatre/Media with Charles Sturt University in Bathurst and from my graduation in 2021 I hope to successfully audition for a position in the 2022 cohort for a Bachelor in Musical Theatre with the prestigious Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts in Perth. In preparation for this I have enrolled as a student with the Bathurst Academy of Dance and have danced for the last 12 months in their Jazz, Contemporary (first 6 months), Ballet and Hip Hop classes (last 6 months). I also am now an assistant teacher, leading students in vocals and performance to the Open's Musical Theatre class which I participated in my first 6 months of enrolment.
