Lucy Eyre has a PhD in Performing Arts from Edith Cowan University (ECU) and WAAPA. She is a theatre practitioner: playwright, director and performer; and sessional lecturer in playwriting and creativewriting at ECU. Playwriting credits include: Three On, One Off,Subiaco Arts Centre (2009); Patriation Road (2010); Chicks and Flicks(co-written with Jude Bridge in 2009) at Downstairs at the Maj; andConundrum (2004) at Perth Institute of Contemporary Arts. In 2019,Lucy adapted and directed The Merchant of Venice at the New FortuneTheatre, UWA. From 2018-2020 Lucy was the WA editor and reviewer for Theatre People.
