Goorie Vision’s director, Luke Barrowcliffe is a Butchulla man; Butchulla country extends from the Cooloola Coast to Burrum Heads and westward to Bauple Mountain including the iconic K’Gari (Fraser Island).

Over the years, Luke has been taught Aboriginal history, culture and traditions by many knowledge holders and elders around Australia.

In 2007 Luke graduated with an Advanced Diploma of Indigenous Studies-Communication from James Cook University and a Bachelor of Communications from the University of the Sunshine Coast.

Luke has a decade’s experience in producing, directing, production management, camera operating, photography, sound recording, editing and a multimedia training.
