First elected to Parliament in 2007, Martin Foley is the Victorian Minister for Mental Health, Minister for Equality and Minister for Creative Industries in the Andrews Labor Government. His portfolios centre around driving social change, delivering a better life for the most vulnerable Victorians, and ensuring that creatives across all sectors are supported. His one creative talent is recognising that politics is showbiz for ugly people.
The Fair Play project, funded by Creative Victoria, is an equity and inclusion capacity building program for organisations that receive multi-year funding through Creative Victoria.
The Fair Play symposium will platform the knowledges, leading practices and lived experiences of First Nations, Disability, and Culturally and Linguistically Diverse creative practitioners.
