Michelle Troop is a West Australian photographer originating from Victoria. Troop’s work varies from fine art to still life, documentary to portraiture. In 2018, Capture Magazine awarded Troop a place in the Australasian Top 10 Emerging wedding photographers of the year. Troop was further awarded a Highly Commended in three categories- Portrait, Art and Documentary/Photo Journalism. Troop’s current focus is working towards marrying a background in Anthropology and Literature through photography. As well as working with various native plants on an ongoing project.
