Mija Gwyn is the Director of The Other Film Festival, a biennial film festival that programs provocative international and Australian cinema about the lived experience of disability and the Deaf community. Mija is a member of the Deaf community and has a background in coordinating arts and community events, communications and marketing. Mija has two roles at Arts Access Victoria, as the coordinator of Deaf Arts Network Coordinator and the Director for The Other Film Festival.
