I am a PhD student at the University of Szeged, Hungary. My current focus are the enchanted forests of European fantasy: I am mostly interested in Robert Holdstock’s Mythago novels, and intend to cast new light on the series through a combination of critical plant studies and fantasy theory. I am also author of a fantasy novel and several short stories, and I am genuinely interested in literary myth-making of all cultural backgrounds.
