Rohe

I grew up in a small town outside of Auckland called Kaukapakapa and moved to Whangarei when I was 10. After going back to Auckland for study I decided to move back home to settle down.

How I got where I am today

I grew up in dance school, theatre class etc and have always loved the arts industry.
I studied Makeup Artistry for two years at college and am still a working Makeup Artist on the side.
After working at the council for a while, the job in our Venues and Events Department popped up and it seemed like a natural and perfect fit to move into.

Whānau

I grew up as the youngest of 6 kids and the only girl.
My husband and I got married in 2020 the day before lockdown. This brings me the most amazing in laws with 3 extra younger siblings.
Can't forget the cat!
