Oliver is a writer, artist and academic living in Melbourne (on Wurundjeri country). He grew up in Rockhampton and Tonga and is a Settler Australian. Oliver is currently writing memoir for his PhD at RMIT University alongside an exegesis titled 'slow way: methods for an intuitive writing practice' set to be completed in 2023. He holds an MFA in Playwriting from NIDA and First-Class Honours from RMIT. Oliver currently has a solo painting exhibition titled 'Unsettling' showing at Brunswick Street Gallery in Fitzroy, Melbourne until 4 December.
