Councillor Phil O’Shea has lived, worked and raised his family in Goondiwindi for 24 years where he operates his electrical contracting and retail business. He is very active in the community, volunteering his time for young people, the elderly, arts groups and sporting organisations and has a keen interest in the economic progress of the region.

This is Councillor O’Shea’s first term as an elected member of Goondiwindi Regional Council and he currently holds the Portfolio for Health, Ageing, Arts and Culture.

A talented musician, Councillor O’Shea has long held a passion and enthusiasm about representing the region where he and his family live.
