I'm working on my phd on fracking, critical legal studies and cinematic governance (after living in Germany/NL/UK for ten years just landed in oz because am higher risk category and wanted to get out!). I'm a slow writer because I'm interested in education and politics/other people as well as academia, but I'm also a poet and essayist, want to try a novel one day, and end up always writing creatively while doing academia. My work (including film video) is finally getting out there in art world, but it is always writing that I want to commit to as pleasure, profession, craft, in future. So desperate.
