An Arts practise spaning more than twenty years Visual artist of painting, printmaking and community arts projects.

Tobias has exhibited nationally and internationally; work is represented in several Australian and International collections. She has managed community arts projects in Moreland, Federation Square and Regional Victoria. Art Residencies include; Shoalhaven, NSW (tag-Bundanon Trust) Taiwan (tag -Taipei artists village), Venice, Italy (tag Scuola Graffica) and St Vincent’s Hospital (tag).

Project management includes; Artists in the Rotunda Castlemaine State Festival 2006 (Regional Arts Victoria grant), ‘Posted It’s what was written!’ (Vacancy-Federation Square 2009), and Bendigo Latrobe University Gallery 2008. Also ‘Rain dance’ community arts project Moreland Council 2010 (audio and projections)

Tobias is currently working in a shared space @ Peagreenboat Studios developing egg temperas for her 2021 exhibition ‘#LITOC2020’
