Landscape artist based in Scotland, MFA student at Edinburgh College of Art. Working within the environmental humanities, my imagery adopts a subtle, minimalist, and contemplative aesthetic.  Working with nature, I combine installation with lens-based media, blurring the boundaries between photography and video.
In a bid to realign nature and culture, my research topics include multi-species entanglements, phenological shifts concerning climate change, and the ecological impacts of energy consumption and pollution. With ecosystems depleting, I consider concerns about biodiversity loss; particularly surrounding urban development schemes contributing to global temperature increase, early flowering of many plant species, and the disruption and displacement of habitats.

An online symposium that brings The Mind of Plants contributors together to share their reflections and various learnings with plants.

Stories, poetry and sound across a diversity of human languages and geographical landscapes. Come and join us!
