I am a postdoctoral researcher at TIAS Collegium at the University of Turku in Finland. My current project focuses on the processes of embodied self-re-determination of former Conservative Laestadian women in the framework of reproductional justice and ecological crisis. With women we will produce the research material together in workshops by using arts-based methods and techniques, such as writing, drawing/photoshooting/mapping and vocal practices, to work on our sensory experiences and future aspirations. The approach combines feminist posthumanist and new materialist theories and methodologies.
