I aim to bring awareness and community benefit to arts practice, working closely with communities and organisations to build focus and capacity, to develop their reputation and take advantage of emerging opportunities. My background includes capacity building, project management, fundraising, contemporary dance management, performing arts touring, theatre management, arts programs for hospitals, community renewal in regional and rural Australia.
