Jessica is recognised nationally and internationally as a cultural entrepreneur,  advocate and fundraiser for the arts. She has extensive experience in the arts industry, having held senior arts leadership positions across the country, most recently as the Executive Director, West Australian Ballet.

She has been an independent artist, producer and has founded three independent theatre companies and has produced works for major festivals in Australia, as well as 2 international collaborations, she has a strong interest in long term sustainable programs, a passion for supporting emerging artists and providing arts and cultural programs for regional, remote, disadvantaged and First Nations communities. 

I am currently exploring how we can support independent practice at West Australian Ballet and am also passionate about regional WA and exploring ways to stay connected to our First Nations partners.
