Louise is running for Boothby because she wants a better future for our community.
As a CEO and leader of organisations, including over 15 years running health services across SA, Louise has spent her working life delivering outcomes that make a real difference in people’s lives.
Louise knows what it takes to get things done for our community. In health services and local government, she’s provided support for older Australians and people with disability, she’s delivered economic development for local businesses, and the facilities that build community: libraries, community centres, sporting clubs and open spaces.
With the commitment by the new federal government to renew and reinstate the Creative Australia National cultural policy by the end of 2022, there is a perfect opportunity to complete the Arts Front 2030 work, and promote the ideas and visions for the future that people have contributed over the last five years.
Join us for a discussion about the future of arts and culture in Australia: the key visions, approaches and initiatives of different parties and candidates, and why supporting and rebuilding Australia’s arts and cultural sector is an important challenge for future Australian governments.
