Mallika Macleod has a lived experience of disability and is the Director of Client Services at DADAA.  With over 20 years of experience in community development and Boards at state and national level, including Arts Access Australia (Board member & Chair), People with Disabilities WA (Treasurer), DADAA (Board), and Health Consumers' Council (Chair). Mallika leads the team responsible for ensuring artists at DADAA have the information they need and resources support to continue to participate in the arts and culture industry.

Mallika has a keen interest in investment in young and new leaders in any industry, seeing this as critical in ensuring opportunities are extended to many and not just the well-connected few, but also because we all need to be replaced and who better than by great people who have support to thrive.
