Working across Australia over 3 decades in the arts and community arts sector. Understanding and experience in community cultural development (ccd) values and projects, including commitment to diverse cultural practices and protocols, facilitating community consultation and participatory expression, collaborative project design, broad network development, and access to skills and resources. 

Executive member of Qld Chamber of Arts and Culture, actively involved in National ArtsFront program and volunteer for Tropical Arts Inclusive Theatre. Current Program Manager at ArtsNexus.com.au
